HALF MOON is a casual, comfortable American Restaurant serving delicious Hudson Valley produce, the freshest Montauk seafood, ceviches, raw bar and classic hamburgers. The diverse menu offers American favorites, served with imagination and flair.

Executive chef Enrique Estrada relies on fish right-off-the-boat from Montauk and the surrounding area, as well as herbs and vegetables from our own garden. Inspired by delicious local ingredients he also creates seasonal specials throughout the year.
